When organizations ready themselves for transformation, their main focus is on ‘culture change’. There is a tremendous pressure on using this term, yet there are no specifics defined. Most culture change efforts fail because people hardly understand it—there is no course of action to follow, and everything remains grey.
TNES suggests to change the very actions of people—what to do, when to do and how to do. It helps in changing people’s ‘thinking way’. As they start practicing a different set of actions, their own way of thinking begins to evolve.
A sustainable way of transforming an organization starts with changing the processes and actions of people.
