Detailed Process Design – Part 1: This is deep background thinking on how processes should be designed using SYSTEM, PATHWAY, CONNECTION and ACTIVITY thinking. When designing processes, we need to consider each of these aspects, and when we observe, looking for improvements or problem solving, this flow gives us a somewhat standardized approach for what to look for in each aspect of the process.
