  i. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) creation at Senior Executive level
• Strategy creation and deployment
  i. A3-X alignment process
  ii. Nemawashi process with other levels and areas of the organization
  iii. Create Hoshin control plan for each area of organization & led managers/leaders through control plan process
  iv. Creation of sub-level KPI and BSC structure
• Incorporate P-D-C-A thinking feedback into ongoing hoshin kanri process
