Continuous improvement isn’t built through isolated tools or one-time improvement events.

It’s built by developing leaders who can solve problems systematically, improve the way work is performed, and develop the people around them.

That’s why we’ve combined our two flagship workshops into a single TPS Foundations Development Pathway.

Over two highly interactive days, participants will:

• Experience the Toyota Production System through a hands-on simulation.
• Learn Toyota Kata and a practical approach to scientific thinking and continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership and problem-solving capabilities that can be applied immediately within their own organizations.

This pathway is designed for manufacturers, fabricators, construction companies, and other operational organizations looking to strengthen leadership capability while improving performance.

We’re excited to be co-hosting this inaugural pathway with the North Simcoe Business Centre and Innovation Initiatives Ontario North (IION).
